CORE - THE TRANSFER OF GOOD PRACTICES IN THE FIELD OF SERVICES

The Core project represents an interesting example of how good practices can be transferred from Italy to Romania in the field of employment services. In this project Fondazione Luigi Clerici, as transnational partner, accompanied Large Italian companies in transferring abroad good practices in the field of employment services, acting both as a subject technically skilled and as an exchange facilitator, thus facing the challenges related to the participation and comparison among numerous subjects having different visions. The Core project – Correlation between workforce and market needs in southwest Oltenia and north-west Romania, Corelarea fortei de munca cu cerintele pietei în Regiunile Sud - Vest Oltenia si Nord – Vest is a project funded by the EU within the programme POSDRU/82/5.1/S/58992. The aim is to improve the skills of unemployed people (project target) in two Romanian regions, the Southwest and the Northwest of Oltenia, facilitating their access into the labour market. The project concerns the transfer of good practices from Lombardy Region to the two above mentioned Romanian regions, thus establishing an international partnership coordinated by the Centre of Consulting and Management EUROPROJECT (Slatina, Romania). The other partners are: S.C. Pirelli Tyres Romania S.R.L. (Slatina, Romania), S.C. Prysmian Cables and Systems S.A. (Slatina, Romania), S.C. ALRO S.A. (Slatina, Romania), the Institute for Economic and Social Education (Cluj, Romania), the Fondazione Luigi Clerici (Milan, Italy) and the Association of Patronage and Craft (Cluj, Romania).
